Key responsibilities 重要职责

  • Responsible for the overall operational management of the warehouse in accordance with GSP, customs and Novo Nordisk quality system requirements.
  • Coordinate the operator of the partner for routine warehouse management, inbound and outbound activities.
  • Warehousing operation quality management.
  • Work with partners to develop warehouse operation procedural, SOP, WI, etc.
  • As the Operation Responsible and Engineering Responsible representative of NN warehouse, conduct daily management of equipment, organize and coordinate warehouse partners for calibration and validation.
  • Coordinate with warehouse partners for pest control, cleanliness, and hygiene.
  • Implement warehouse 5S management.
  • Responsible for the management and destruction of nonconforming products in warehouse.
  • Responsible for warehouse and equipment related deviation drafting and investigation, change control initiating and execution, warehouse CAPA and audit finding follow up.
  • Warehouse safety and personnel safety management, establish related systems and processes.
  • Work as Warehouse IT Systems owner to perform related activities, like warehouse IT system development, period review, etc.
  • WH area owner for recall, risk management, self-inspection, internal and external audit.
  • Interface with warehouse related government departments as NN representative.
  • Other duties assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications 任职资格

  • College degree or above in engineering, logistics, pharmacy, or other related area.
  • Familiar with local GDP (GSP)/GMP.
  • Above 3 years working experience in GMP or GDP (GSP) area.
  • Above 3 years warehouse management experience.
  • Familiar with warehouse operation, facility, and equipment management.
  • EHS experience preferred.
  • Good English skill at reading, writing, listening and speaking.
  • Good communication skills of both scientific and non-scientific information.
  • Professional knowledge in local regulations.
  • Problem solving ability and skills.
  • Ability to face challenge and self-learning.
