The position

•    Solicit logistics & distribution business strategy and external technology trends as a domain SME, provide best-fit IT solutions and continues evolvement roadmap:

Work as a domain subject matter expert (SME) to develop a continu-ous evolvement roadmap for IT solutions, ensuring they remain rele-vant and effective over time, communicate the benefits and impacts of new IT solutions and the evolvement roadmap to stakeholders. 

•    Establish support from key stakeholders(global & local IT team, local relevant line of business) to maximize the success of IT solution:

Proactively engage with both global and local IT teams, as well as relevant lines of business (LoB), build and maintain strong relationships with key stake-holders to foster trust and open communication.
•    Proactively take ownership of logistics & distribution related system lifecycle man-agement including operations and new business requests:

Take the role as NNSH GSP IT and be in charge of NNSH GSP required IT tasks incl.:

1.    Software installation, test
2.    Database management and backup
3.    Train, guide related functional user on how to use systems

4.    System operation and maintenance
5.    Ensure the integrity of system log 
6.    Set up software management record 

•    Ensure an efficient , high quality and continuously improved delivery from service provider:

Work with service providers to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.

 

Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree in information system, computer science, or equivalent; 
•    8+ years of IT working experience preferred;

•    5+ years of large logistics & distribution projects/solution management experience preferred (Supply Chain management, WMS related project/system management experiences are prefered);

•    Fluent English in both written and verbal;
•    Technical development experience preferred;
•    Agile project management experience preferred;

•    Business analysis and business partner experience preferred;
•    Strong result orientation and customer orientation;

•    Being able to identify, deliver and communicate values;
•    Being able to manage multiple suppliers to deliver result;
•    Strong interest in new technology and industrial solution exploring.
