Associate Director, Regional Marketing / 区域市场副总监

岗位职责

• 负责司美格鲁肽（GLP‑1）产品组合在华东及华中区域市场策略制定与落地
• 推动诺和盈、诺和泰、诺和忻在区域的组合推广
• 协同区域业务、医学及相关团队，融动医药卫生专业人士及重点KOL
• 结合公立、私立、零售等渠道特点，探索差区域异化市场策略
• 带领区域市场团队，持续提升团队专业度与执行质量

任职要求

• 本科及以上学历，医药相关专业优先
• 8年以上医药行业经验，5年以上市场/区域市场经验
• 有肥胖症/ 糖尿病治疗领域  相关经验优先
• 有团队及跨区域管理经验者优先
• 具备良好的策略思维、协同能力与业务敏感度
