岗位职责

• 负责头部连锁总部层面的 KA 合作与业务发展，达成销售目标
• 制定并推动总部级合作项目，协同区域团队落地执行
• 推动产品在零售渠道的市场准入、覆盖及创新合作
• 确保业务行为符合公司合规要求

任职要求

• 本科及以上学历，医药/市场相关专业
• 6 年以上处方药零售经验，3 年以上头部连锁 / KA 管理经验
• 熟悉医药政策及零售市场，具备总部项目推动能力
• 良好的沟通、项目管理及合规意识
