Your impact will show in stronger leaders, more capable teams and a culture ready for change, supporting the colleagues who serve people living with serious chronic diseases.

  • 15+ years of experience in Human Resources or a closely related domain, with progressive responsibility and demonstrated impact.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in an equivalent HR leadership role, supporting talent, organisational development or change management, learning and development, sales capability building, and performance and individual development planning.
  • Solid expertise in learning and development and capability building.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of global HR standards and applicable local legal requirements.
  • The ability to advise and challenge senior leaders with independent judgement, and to influence with both assertiveness and diplomacy.
  • Business acumen to turn market and business drivers into clear decisions, initiatives and coaching, and the skill to lead a small team with clear direction and accountability.
  • Proficiency in the Korean language is preferred
  • Integrity, transparency and respectful candor, with the ability to build trust and psychological safety.

What you’ll do

You will be the link between what the business needs to achieve and what its people need to get there.

  • Partner with senior leaders and the Line of Business to turn business priorities into people strategy and practical execution plans, covering talent, organisation design, workforce planning and cultural priorities.
  • Strengthen organisational effectiveness and culture by leading talent reviews, assessing structure and resource allocation, and turning employee engagement insights into actions that are followed through.
  • Build capability and leadership for today and tomorrow: identify critical talent and succession needs, coach managers on people leadership, and work with Sales leaders to close capability gaps through practical learning in areas such as selling skills, customer engagement, coaching and digital/AI.
  • Own the delivery of Korea, APAC or global HR initiatives, managing scope, timelines, risks and stakeholder alignment from planning to rollout, and making sure the change is adopted and delivers measurable impact.
  • Lead a team of 1–2 colleagues, setting leadership, capability strategies, priorities, ensuring quality and coaching for results.

Who you’ll work with

You will join People & Organization (P&O) in International Operations, where colleagues work across markets to serve people around the world and help improve health at scale. Reporting to the Director, P&O, you will lead a small team and work closely with P&O Employee Relations, the Employee Experience team and P&O Centers of Excellence.

Your closest business partners will be Korea management, people leaders and employees across Customer Excellence, Finance & Operations, Marketing and Sales. You will also work with HQ, International Operations and APAC P&O colleagues, and with external partners such as learning providers, consultancies, executive coaches, industry associations and the Ministry of Labor. Together, you will create clarity on priorities, have the right conversations at the right time and move decisions forward.
