The Position


As the Senior Business Intelligence Data Analyst, you will manage internal and external data to visualize dashboard and generate insight to the stakeholders. Responsible for data collection, data mining and data structure organizing. Run commercial analytics with Headquarter for productivity increase. Lead market research for the helping stakeholders to understand customer insights and deeply involved in the advanced analytics for commercial and digital activities. 


Key tasks include, but not limited to:


  • Management of secondary data by supervising and organizing the subscribed secondary data such as IQVIA, DDD, CSD and Ubist. Manage ex-Novo Nordisk Pharma Korea and in market sales data for Novo Nordisk Pharma Korea sales number. Conduct data mining and data structure to generate insight from the available data.


  • Conducts regular discussions to update the sales, marketing, Multichannel Customer Engagement, Customer Engagement and finance data to the stakeholders. Advise, suggest or select the best Key Performance Indicator to increase productivity. Discuss with stakeholder to update or revise Key Performance Indicator. 


  • Supervise in maintaining, sustaining, and updating of the power Business Intelligence dashboard. Regularly check-in with stakeholders especially with the management team in quarterly basis.


  • Ensuring excellent vendor management for the data subscriptions. Partnering with the best vendor to manage the data. Continuously seek available data in the market and suggest and advise stakeholders for the best data to utilize.


  • Lead the supervising and conducting of market research projects with the brand team for both quantitative and qualitative. Manage market research agencies for various research. Identify key insights with stakeholders so that they can make better decision and co-work with IT team for data lake connection to Global Data Lake. Work on the commercial analytics project with Novo Nordisk Head Quarter to gauge productivity for Novo Nordisk Pharma Korea. Run commercial analytic project aligned with uplifting model or salesforce suggestion.




  • Relevant academic degree within statistics / business. 
  • 6-8 years in marketing experience needed (Pharma experience is preferred).
  • Data related experience is preferred.
  • Sales / Product manager experience in pharma is preferred.  
  • English proficiency, both written and spoken.
