Your new role

As a Senior Business Intelligence Data Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of our data-driven transformation, turning complex datasets into actionable insights that shape commercial strategy across International Operations. You'll manage the full data lifecycle – from establishing robust data governance to delivering compelling analytics that influence decision-making at all levels.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple data sources including secondary datasets, APIs, and 3rd party platforms to ensure concrete database and data system maintenance
  • Optimizing end-to-end data management processes from collection to insight generation using Customer Data Platform (CDP)
  • Conducting comprehensive data analysis using advanced statistical methods and state-of-the-art analytics tools
  • Leading and participating in commercial data analytics projects spanning descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics
  • Transforming raw data into structured, "ready-to-use" data products that empower stakeholders across the organization
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define business problems and deliver solutions through data visualization and analytics
  • Setting up data utilization processes to generate insight reports and dashboards, identifying opportunities for optimization and supervising Power BI dashboard maintenance in line with business priorities

Within International Operations, you'll be embedded in a dynamic Business Intelligence team that serves as the analytical backbone for commercial decision-making. We're building a data-driven culture aligned with the Future Frontline Customer Engagement framework, where insights fuel strategy and drive measurable business impact. Your work will bridge local market needs with global data governance standards, ensuring we operate with both agility and integrity.

 

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for an analytical powerhouse who thrives on transforming complexity into clarity. You'll bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, business, computer science, mathematics or a related field
  • 7+ years of professional experience with proven expertise in data analytics and business intelligence
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms – this is essential
  • Demonstrated experience working with cloud platforms including Snowflake, Databricks, or Salesforce – this is essential
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively across global teams
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
  • Ability to understand business needs, define requirements, and translate them into relevant datasets and actionable insights
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across functions and act as a bridge between local markets and global teams
