The Position 


In addition to the GLP1 Product Manager position since last year, and we are currently hiring 1 more GLP1 Product Manager. 


This position will manage Ozempic and Ryelsusㅡour blockbuster GLP1 products designed to control blood sugar levels for adults with type 2 diabetes.   


Nature and scope of main accountabilities: 


  • Lead and/or assist the development of strategic marketing plans for new and existing products, including in depth market analysis, effective market research activities, thought leader development, sales and profit forecasting and pricing strategy etc. 
  • Execute marketing plans through the cooperation with the sales department, work closely with field sales to ensure marketing programs are implemented and followed up 
  • Initiative & Continuous Improvement; constantly examines and improves plans, activities and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and business development. 
  • Work effectively with international colleagues for new product launches, and develop and maintain key contacts with different target audiences to fully understand marketplace dynamics 
  • Manage the advertising agency and promotional review system to implement overall campaign elements, educational, promotional and public relations programs. 





  • Bachelor's degree (Relevant academic degree within medical or business is a plus) 
  • Fluency in both written & spoken English 
  • Minimum 5 years in marketing department / Strategy consulting 
  • Total 5-10 years of experience 
  • Proven track-record within multinational pharmaceutical company
