The position
This position is based on 1 year contract. The successful candidate will strengthen Novo Nordisk’s brand positioning by detailing products and portfolio messages and implementing a disease educational campaign in assigned territories based on a deeper understanding of the disease itself and effective disease management with insulin. This position reports to the Diabetes Education Team Manager and will manage the Seoul and Gyeonggi Province areas. 
The nature and scope of main accountabilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop deep professional knowledge on NN brands and diabetes disease/disease management with insulin enough to effectively communicate with specialized diabetes care units who are healthcare professionals or healthcare workers in tertiary hospitals as a diabetes science interaction expert.
  • Do train-the-trainer programs on NN brands and devices for HCPs (Health Care Professionals) and healthcare workers based on deep knowledge of the disease to let them know more about insulin in diabetes management, especially for non-users or trialists of insulin.
  • Identify new or potential hospitals/accounts to expand insulin treatment in the responsible areas and implement diabetes campaigns with portfolio introduction and detailing to increase NN brand awareness.
  • Implementing promotional and educational activities in line with company strategies and sales & marketing strategies.
  • Work efficiently with the sales team in the territory by closely communicating to maintain the highest standards of business ethics conduct, professional conduct and confidentiality in the discharges of such duties.

 
Qualifications

  • You hold a bachelor's degree and a license in Nursing.
  • Diabetes Educator Certification is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of Experience from a Hospital, Clinic and/or Pharmaceutical company is preferred.
  • Good communication and presentation skills to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
