Your new role
As a Corporate Planning Lead, you will:
- Strategic Planning & Integration: Lead and coordinate end-to-end planning processes of annual wheel including brand plan and game plans; Ensure alignment across functions (Sales, Marketing, CE, RA, CAMA, Medical); Translate global/regional direction into locally actionable plans
- Business Performance Management: Drive regular business performance tracking and review; Identify gaps vs targets; Highlight key risks and opportunities; Provide structured insights to leadership for decision-making; Ensure consistency in KPIs, targets, and reporting frameworks.
- Cross-functional Governance & Alignment: Establish and manage clear governance structure (e.g., RACI/DAI); Facilitate alignment across functions on priorities, resource allocation, execution focus; Resolve conflicts or misalignment in planning and execution.
- Process Optimization & Operating Model: Continuously improve planning processes, business review cadence, cross-functional collaboration; Drive simplification and consistency across planning tools and frameworks; Support evolution toward a more integrated and agile operating model
- Executive Support & Communication: Prepare high-quality materials for GM / Leadership Team and APAC / IO stakeholders; Ensure messaging is clear, structured and insight-driven

Your skills & qualifications
We’re looking for a new Corporate Planning BD Lead who will appreciate working in a high-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll bring with you:
- Minimum 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry with relevant experiences to manage and lead business development, alliance management, and/or product management.
- Proven success in leading product launches and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, including trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
- Knowledge and learning agility to expand the view and insight beyond the medicine to the broader ecosystem including data, digital, emerging tech, etc.
- Strategic and analytical thinking to manage multiple projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solution / business impact driven action.
- Strong collaborative relationships to influence multiple stakeholders.
- Enterprise mindset to maximize the synergy in line with the company priorities.
