About the department

The Communications Department brings the value of Novo Nordisk medicines and innovations to life through strategic communications that elevate our purpose, drive our business, foster our culture and enhance our reputation with patients, customers, employees and society.  

Communications is comprised of four distinct yet synergistic teams that work collaboratively with a focus on proactive and progressive approaches to: Corporate Reputation & Brand; Commercial Communications; Enterprise & Leadership Communications; and Digital Channels & Content. We provide objective strategic communications counsel, an ability to flex with shifting organizational priorities and emerging needs and a strong focus on ethics and discretion with the sensitive information we are entrusted with. The position
This position is expected to drive and execute strategies for Media Relations, Internal Communications, Product Communications in Korea.

  • Media relations: Develop and drive communication strategy and process.
  • Internal communications: Collaborate and support cross functional communication group with communication strategies and projects and ensure timely and professional internal communication, business priorities and key initiatives as well as employee engagement.
  • Product communications: Communication planning for commercial branding and reputation management as well as change, crisis and issues management and consultancy.
  • Customer contact system: Manage International Customer inquiries system (CCS).

 

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of experience in the area of healthcare corporate communication and branding.
  • Experiences in Global pharma companies and MNC environment are essential.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills in Korean and English are essential.
  • Editing and writing skills are required.
  • Active networking competencies are required.
