Your new role
As a Commercial Excellence (CE) / Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Specialist in Korea, you'll be at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution – optimizing how our sales force connects with healthcare professionals. Your insights will directly influence business decisions and unlock new opportunities for growth.
Day-to-day your work will include:
- SFE Execution and Operation Support: Execute segmentation, targeting, and call planning processes; Support sales force sizing and target setting; Support territory planning and field execution
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor CE KPIs and operate dashboards; Track sales performance and generate reports; Prepare regular performance updates for stakeholders
- Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Analyze sales and engagement data to generate insights; Identify performance gaps and support decision-making; Prepare analytical materials for business reviews
- Incentive and Productivity Support: Support implementation and tracking of incentive schemes; Analyze incentive outcomes and provide reports; Support field productivity improvement initiatives
- CRM / Digital Execution Support: Support CRM (e.g., IO Engage) operations and field usage; Monitor system adoption and provide improvement inputs; Manage omnichannel engagement data and reporting
- Cross Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Medical teams; Align execution with CE Manager direction; Support collaboration with external vendors

Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for a commercially minded analyst who thrives on turning complex data into actionable strategies. You'll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 2-6 years in the pharmaceutical industry with relevant experiences in SFE / sales / field force, sales manager, customer engagement, marketing, commercial operations, etc.
- Substantial experience in a sales role or equivalent would be added advantage.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration as well as strong communication and collaboration skills are important.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and SFE is essential in addition to the strong data analysis and insight generation capability.
- Familiarity with CRM and reporting tool
