This position is a 1-year contract-based position. As a Channel Partner, you will:
- Channel strategy development and market analysis: create and implement channel strategies to drive sales and market presence, analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify partner and growth opportunities.
- Partner relationship management and training: build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners, providing support and developing/delivering training to equip them to sell and promote products effectively.
- Sales performance tracking and reporting: monitor channel performance versus targets, analyze sales data and prepare regular reports (forecasts and metrics) to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with marketing, product management, and customer service to align channel strategy and support partners.
- Negotiation, contract management and compliance: negotiate partner agreements to secure favorable terms, manage contracts and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, logistics or related field; 10–15 years’ experience in sales, channel management or business development within pharmaceutical companies (prescription and OTC experience a plus).
- Proven track record managing channel relationships and meeting sales targets, with willingness to travel including field visits.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
