About the department

You will be part of the Capability team, a dynamic and collaborative group dedicated to developing the core competencies of our employees. Based at our headquarters, the team is focused on creating best-in-class training programs and supporting the commercial competency development agenda. The position

As a Capability Associate, you will manage full spectrum of training and development of employees in NNPK with focus on the following: 1. HR Partner for Sales wherein you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and goals, as well as support in the execution and follow-up of training Processes, 2. Support activities related to implementing training plan, and 3. Support the internal event and project
Main responsibilities are as follows but are not limited to:

  • Training and Learning: Support training needs identification through training needs assessments, employee training needs analysis
  • Support training resources in conjunction with colleagues: Support the implementation of new product launch training, support to Implementation of project (APAC Capability Lead project, FFCE, Big5), and be in charge of motivational, educational workshops at sales cycle meeting and conferences
  • Assist training evaluations: Co-ordinating external agencies & training providers, and prepare reports related to Training activities and responsible for projects assigned by Capability Lead
  • Induction/ Onboarding: Support in aligning local induction/ onboarding program as per IO guidelines. coordinate induction sessions/ programs by managing all logistics and booking facilitators, as well as deliver parts of the induction program as a P&O representative. You will also prepare and maintain induction manuals and aids, prepare tests in collaboration with relevant facilitators, and prepare reports on post evaluations of induction.
  • Internal event and Project Management: Support event and project plans, timelines, and budgets for each event, coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the events are well-organized and executed seamlessly, source and manage external vendors and suppliers when necessary, identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes, as well as measure and report on the success of each event and identify areas for improvement.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of training experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to drive changes and innovations.
  • Experience in coordinating external agencies and training providers.
  • Knowledge of medical and product topics for induction programs.
