Cardiometabolic Marketing Department
Región Metropolitana de Santiago
Step into the field, shape the story at the shelf, and turn pharmacy moments into meaningful patient impact. If you thrive where strategy meets execution – and where consumer insight drives commercial results – this is where your next chapter begins.
Your new role
As Trade Marketing Analyst within our Cardiometabolic Marketing department, you'll be the link between brand strategy and what consumers experience at the point of sale. From crafting compelling narratives for our sales force to bringing our brands to life inside pharmacies, your work will directly influence how millions of people encounter Novo Nordisk every day.
Day-to-day your tasks will include:
- Defining and developing sales force narratives for the pharmacy channel, ensuring consistency between brand strategy and field execution
- Planning and managing events, sponsorships and related contracts with internal and external stakeholders
- Designing and rolling out trade marketing actions at the point of sale, such as consumer activation, in-store visibility and promotional materials, according to local regulations.
- Visiting the field regularly to observe what works and what doesn't, gathering insights that feed back into smarter, sharper campaigns
- Partnering closely with the sales, medical and brand teams to ensure flawless commercial execution
- Supporting the development of promotional campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and uptake across the pharmacy channel
Your new department
Within this area sits our Cardiometabolic Marketing department – a high-energy, results-oriented team responsible for shaping how our cardiometabolic portfolio reaches and resonates with healthcare professionals, pharmacies and consumers. As Trade Marketing Analyst, you'll play a hands-on role in translating brand ambition into tangible action in the channels that matter most.
Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for a curious, commercially-minded marketer who enjoys being close to the action – someone equally comfortable building a campaign deck and walking the floor of a pharmacy to see how it lands. You'll bring with you:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing or commercial marketing roles (mandatory requirement)
- Previous experience working in B2C markets, with a strong understanding of consumer behaviour and trade channels (desirable)
- Experience in the development of promotional campaigns (desirable)
- A proactive, field-oriented mindset – you enjoy being on the ground, observing, learning and iterating
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate events, contracts and cross-functional projects
- Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken
