The Position
Support the execution of BU Diabetes marketing strategic plan, implementation of Promotional Journeys, including full ownership of the offline marketing channel (materials and event coordination), business insights and tactical plan consolidation and execution.

Main responsibilities:
- Development and execution of strategic marketing plan for Diabetes in Chile; Strategic Marketing Mindset; Develop market understanding to enhance the marketing plans; Communication, facilitation and follow-up of marketing programs to all areas involved to ensure alignment with company strategies; Execution of promotional materials, campaigns; organize, plan and define the medical events and congresses as part of the business strategies etc; Coordination of initiatives with other areas such as Market Access; Agencies and vendors management; Ensure compliance to legal and regulatory affairs local requirements
- Contact Person for strategic marketing vendors; Alignment platforms and interaction with Novo Nordisk business units; Cascade global platforms and solutions (Content Hub, Promomats, Add-on of IO Engage, etc) to Chile affiliate Development of promotional material and sales tools Coordination and execution of promotional materials aligned to the marketing strategy; Development and implementation of effective sales tools; Management of adaptation or creation of promotional materials with agencies and designers; Administration of the material approval process on Promomats
- Development and Testing of Promotional Messages; Design and execution of Market Researches relate to promotion; Testing and design of promotional messages; Testing messages per HCP (Health Care Professional) segment; Design of promotional storytelling for sales force execution; Implementation with sales force
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering. Master degree (desired)
- Fluent both English and Spanish.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in marketing area
- Teamwork oriented; Collaborative & Innovative with Customer centric mindset
- Excel proficiency
