The position

As the Medical Science Liaison your main responsibility will be providing medical and scientific support for regional Health Care Professionals (HCP) and colleagues to support business opportunities and strategic objectives of short-, medium-, and long-term local business needs.

You will facilitate the development of symposia/meetings or education seminars for health care providers on subjects relevant to Novo Nordisk products/projects and deliver presentations at local meetings, symposia and external conferences;

Optimise ad hoc opportunities for relevant academic /professional collaboration in the interests of the current and future business needs and developing project proposals to support of a business case for local funding and initiatives;

Develop and maintain relations with customers and target local opinion leaders/makers and major institutions in the local health care sector;

Facilitate interest and initiative of local KOLs for writing articles and delivering presentations in support of Novo Nordisk products;

Contribute to medico-marketing strategy and provide support to local business plans to promote the achievement of targets, alignment of cross-functional business activities while ensuring compliance with the country-specific regulatory requirements and relevant legislation.

 

Qualifications

•Medical background; Scientific Degree would be an advantage;

•Min 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or medical area;

•Excellent presentation, communication skills;

•Russian native. English oral and written would be a great advantage;

•Knowledge of Ms Office tools;

•Readiness for travel: up to 70% of worktime is out of office.

 

About the department

You will join a new team of highly skilled Medical Science Liaisons and Project Managers, responsible for the Medical Affairs issues in Russia. You will report directly to the Medical Affairs Head and locate in Samara. Area of responsibility: Volga region.
