The position
As a specialist in Clinical Outsourcing Management with focus on developing and maintaining oversight models, you will have the opportunity to:

Shape and maintain oversight models within various elements of outsourced clinical activities to ensure successful trial execution in Novo Nordisk

Work closely with cross-functional teams and via effective oversight processes ensuring seamless integration and alignment of outsourced activities with internal processes

Lead risk assessment and mitigation strategies in relation to outsourced activities

Monitor and report on the performance of outsourced activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed

Ensure clinical trial activities are conducted in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and specific trial requirements
This role will also be your chance to stay up to date with industry trends and regulations related to outsourcing and clinical trials while working at one of the world's leading healthcare companies.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we imagine you have:

Strong experience in clinical outsourcing management, preferably from a Global Clinical Research Organisation or global pharma organisation

Strong trial and vendor oversight skills and a proven track record within these areas

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders

Experience with implementing successful trial and vendor oversight models combined with knowledge of clinical trial operations and regulations

A master's degree within business or natural sciences with a strong analytical and data driven mindset
About the department
The Clinical Outsourcing Management team is responsible for managing and driving clinical outsourcing in Novo Nordisk. We work closely with Trial Operations and external partners to develop and execute the outsourcing strategy for clinical services. Our team is dedicated to ensuring successful trial execution through strong partnerships and effective oversight. We value collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement in our work.
