The position
In the role as a VP Personal Assistant, we offer a challenging and exciting position in Global Regulatory Affairs in an international and dynamic environment.

The primary focus as of your role will be to:

  • Support the VP with everything from scheduling meetings, practical details related to travel, seminar planning and meeting minutes
  • Financial controlling of project budgets in the TRACK Programme
  • Provide support to the Global Regulatory Affairs CVP in planning and controlling of the Global Regulatory Affairs’ budget

In the TRACK Programme, we collaborate closely with the Development IT-organisation, and therefore you will have the opportunity to work in a SAFe/Agile framework connecting with stakeholders across the global organisation and communicate with external vendors etc. You will be part of the TRACK Management team and ensure the meetings are successfully planned and key actions captured.
You will have frequent interactions with other assistants throughout the organisation, arranging business meetings as well as being a member of the Personal Assistants Group in Global Regulatory Affairs. 
We are looking for a person who is enthusiastic and engaged, delivers high-quality results and possesses a can-do attitude. 
Moreover, you:

  • Have experience from an administrative position, preferably as a Personal Assistant
  • Can communicate effortlessly, both verbally and written in English at business level
  • Love working with numbers and budgets, especially through tools as Excel and SAP  
  • Are proficient in MS office and you are a fast learner and quick to pick up new software skills.

As a person you are flexible and thrive in a fast-changing environment, with frequently changing priorities and handle this with your sense of urgency, structure and overview.  You are service-minded, enjoy working under tight deadlines and always strive to find solutions to challenges at hand. You are proactive and master the art of working independently.

About the department
You will join the Global Regulatory Affairs TRACK Programme area, which is responsible for several transformational process and IT projects.
In TRACK, we drive the organisational change management activities towards our internal customers and stakeholders in Novo Nordisk worldwide. We also contribute to the design and alignment of the new business processes. We are a multi-cultural team of 20 highly motivated and engaged employees based in Søborg, Denmark. We work closely with our stakeholders in headquarters in Denmark and Bangalore, India, and with our affiliates globally to ensure simple and robust new processes and solutions that will benefit our business.


Global Regulatory Affairs is an exciting area that is involved in activities across the full value chain. Our business area is responsible for global regulatory strategies to obtain and maintain regulatory licenses for current and future life-saving medicines, responsive to the worldwide needs of patients.
