Training & Project Support Internship - Process Excellence

Do you want hands-on experience at the intersection of training, communication, and project execution? If you are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in project management, communication or a related field, and are looking to gain practical experience in both training development and project support, you may be the intern we are looking for in Novo Nordisk RQC Process Excellence.

 

Your new role

As an intern, you will support both training development activities and execution of business-critical projects, giving you a unique combination of experience across capability building and project management.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Training development

  • Structuring and translating workshop output into clear, engaging training material
  • Developing content across formats such as PowerPoint presentations, web-based training pages, videos, podcasts, and visual learning formats
  • Supporting training governance and administration, including system updates
  • Monitoring training feedback and evaluation data to identify improvement opportunities

Project support

  • Supporting project managers in planning, structuring, and driving project activities
  • Preparing workshops, stakeholder meetings, and materials
  • Tracking actions, deliverables, and timelines to ensure progress and follow-up
  • Contributing to problem structuring and documentation of project outputs
  • Supporting communication and alignment across stakeholders

You will gain hands-on experience in how training and transformation projects are delivered in a global organisation and work closely with experienced project managers and training partners.

 

Your new department

You will join the Process Excellence team within Research and Development – RQC, where we drive optimisation of core regulatory processes, Clinical Reporting and Quality and cross-functional transformation projects.

We operate at the intersection of business, data, and transformation, supporting both capability building and execution of key strategic initiatives across RQC.

The team consists of project managers, business analysts, and training partners based in Denmark and globally, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes and solutions.

 

Your skills and qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Is currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree programme
  • Has a strong interest in training, communication, and project work
  • Is able to translate complex input into structured and actionable outputs
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills in English

It is an advantage if you have experience with developing training material (e.g. PowerPoint, digital content)

  • Are structured and able to manage multiple tasks in parallel
  • Show initiative and take ownership, even with limited guidance
  • Are comfortable working in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Are service-minded and enjoy working with stakeholders
