Student assistant in Global Trial Administration

Your new role
As Student assistant you will report to one of the Associate Directors in Diabetes & Obesity Global Trial Administration. You will be an essential member of the department providing support on various tasks related to the clinical trials. Your tasks will vary and may include:
- Set-up and maintaining communication structures within the trial teams such as trial mailboxes and Teams Channels
- Generation of different types of reports
- Archiving documentation
- Supporting colleagues across the area in various administrative tasks
- Ad hoc tasks
The position is 8-10 hours per week and is based in Søborg, Denmark.
Your new department
In our project area we cover the entire spectrum of clinical development activities within Diabetes and Obesity from early testing to large late-stage studies. Our environment is characterized by a vast global network and collaboration, knowledge sharing, and challenging assignments in a dynamic role-based organization.
Your skills and qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Have a flair for using IT systems and be highly skilled within MS Office, including Outlook, Power point, Excel and Teams.
- Work in a structured way and handle your tasks thoroughly
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Be adaptive and comfortable with changing priorities
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme
Our ideal candidate can work independently and is well organized with an eye for details and a good overview at the same time. It is important that you can manage deadlines and can work with multiple and frequently changing priorities at the same time. You have good collaboration skills and a natural flair for working smarter and improving ways of working.
