The position 

As a Support Intern, you will play a crucial role in our department by:

  • Archive documents and review data in technical documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Plan, schedule, and take minutes for meetings, while also following up on action plans to ensure effective communication within the team
  • Support and drive digitalisation tasks within the department, contributing to the enhancement of operational efficiencies
  • Perform IT-related tasks, such as maintaining the project's Microsoft Teams site and SharePoint, to facilitate collaboration and information sharing
  • Complete ad hoc administrative tasks, including labelling of samples, to support laboratory activities

Your role will be integral in helping the team optimize processes and achieve our departmental goals, while also providing you with valuable hands-on experience in a professional environment.

 

Practicalities: 

  • Internship period: 6 months (with the possibility for an extension of up to 6 months)
  • Working hours: as close to 37 hours per week as possible (with flexibility during exam periods)
  • Start date: Mid- April/2025
  • Internships are remunerated if your educational track allows it  
  • Students must be enrolled at a university through the entire internship period

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant academic field, such as engineering, technology, pharmaceutical science, or a related area. The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

  • Proficiency with IT Tools: Experience using analytical tools such as PowerBI and Tableau to interpret data effectively
  • Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English to facilitate clear communication within the team and with stakeholders
  • MS Office Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to assist in the creation of presentations and data analyses

About the department

The GCM DP EMTO QC department is located in Taastrup. The team currently consists of 2 QC professionals and 2 senior laboratory technicians. Our work supports the daily activities of our GCM DP EMTO specialists in connection with the implementation of new productions at existing or new CMOs (i.e. change requests, deviations, regulatory documentation, etc). We are a skilled and inclusive team that prioritizes collaboration and personal development.
