Your new role 

We are looking for a Student Assistant to support a senior leader in the Global Patient Safety area. This is a unique opportunity for a student currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. The role involves providing administrative and organizational support to a leader to ensure smooth daily operations. 

Your primary work tasks will be: 

• Planning, coordination, and follow-up with employees, stakeholders, and vendors 

• Analysing KPIs and preparing relevant reports 

• Screening and prioritising emails 

• Creating professional presentations and slides 

• Performing administrative tasks across various systems 

The position is 15 hour per week. 

Your skills and qualifications 

We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites: 

• Currently studying at bachelor level within Biotech, Information Technology, Business Administration (e.g. HA(mat.)/HA(IT.)) or similar fields 

• Proficient in MS Office 365, especially PowerPoint to create slides 

• Experience in R&D within Pharma is an advantage (not a requirement) 

• Fluent in English; Danish is an advantage but not required 

As a person you have structured and organised approach to work. You are service minded with strong communication skills. You have a good analytical mindset.
