Your new role
We are looking for a Student Assistant to support a senior leader in the Global Patient Safety area. This is a unique opportunity for a student currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. The role involves providing administrative and organizational support to a leader to ensure smooth daily operations.
Your primary work tasks will be:
- Planning, coordination, and follow-up with employees, stakeholders, and vendors
- Analysing KPIs and preparing relevant reports
- Screening and prioritising emails
- Creating professional presentations and slides
- Performing administrative tasks across various systems
The position is 15 hour per week.
Your skills and qualifications
We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
- Currently studying at bachelor level within Biotech, Information Technology, Business Administration (e.g. HA(mat.)/HA(IT.)) or similar fields
- Proficient in MS Office 365, especially PowerPoint to create slides
- Experience in R&D within Pharma is an advantage (not a requirement)
- Fluent in English; Danish is an advantage but not required
As a person you have structured and organised approach to work. You are service minded with strong communication skills. You have a good analytical mindset.
