The position
As a Solutions Developer in Process Intelligence & Transformation, you will identify our Drug Development strategic priorities and develop data-driven process insights using SQL and creating complex data models to ensure that Drug Development receive maximum value.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Lead and drive the implementation process while delivering exceptionally high levels of service to ensure the optimal solution with our Celonis technology
- Transform the Development data using SQL to create the data model for process analysis
- Design and implement innovative analyses and execution apps
- Analyse the data to identify process inefficiencies and understand the root causes to jointly suggest approaches to overcome them
- Conduct value creation requirements into technical specifications

Qualifications
To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have:
- A master’s degree in technology or related field, preferably in combination with a degree in business administration
- Around 3 years of experience working in IT consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or similar area
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab, etc) and a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining in Celonis
- Strong communication skills in English
As a person, you are analytical, structured, demonstrate attention to detail, and have a flair for planning and coordinating, capable of handling complexity in processes and having many various activities going on in parallel.
You are a strong team player recognised for your interpersonal skills and as a person you thrive in a busy environment, proactive, take ownership of your assignments, and feel comfortable working independently.

The Development Digital Transformation department is driving innovation, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization's drug development processes. This department leverages advanced digital technologies, data analytics, and best practices to streamline workflows, optimize resource utilization, and accelerate the development of innovative therapies.
