Your impact begins here
Help shape how structured regulatory content is created, managed and used across a global organisation. As our Senior Regulatory Data Professional (Fixed-term contract for 12 months), you will strengthen data quality, improve the way colleagues work in Docuvera and support the development of faster, more efficient global submissions. Your expertise will help create a reliable digital foundation for regulatory writing and label development.
What you’ll bring
You combine knowledge of structured content with strong analytical skills and a practical understanding of how digital tools support regulatory work. You communicate complex topics clearly and can bring stakeholders together around effective, sustainable solutions.
We are looking for someone with:
-
Hands-on experience with structured content authoring and associated tools in a pharmaceutical environment. Experience with Docuvera would be particularly relevant.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate data-quality issues and turn findings into workable solutions.
-
The ability to communicate technical or process-related topics clearly and succinctly to different audiences.
-
A good understanding of business needs, combined with strong digital capabilities.
-
A collaborative, proactive and structured approach to working with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
-
Experience with label text and label management, which would be an advantage rather than an essential requirement.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will become a subject-matter expert for structured content processes and help colleagues use Docuvera effectively. You will:
-
Develop, maintain and continuously improve structured content functionality and processes in Docuvera.
-
Translate business needs into clear requirements and support testing, documentation and implementation activities.
-
Analyse and resolve regulatory data challenges while helping maintain alignment with relevant external standards.
-
Use data insights to identify improvement opportunities and support better business and regulatory outcomes.
-
Lead or contribute to process-optimisation initiatives across Regulatory Scientific Writing and related functional areas.
-
Support adoption through stakeholder engagement, user-focused communication, training, change support and the sharing of best practices.
Who you’ll work with
You will join the newly established Label Writing and Management team within Regulatory Scientific Writing. The team develops and supports the regulatory data, systems and processes used in label development across Novo Nordisk.
Your work will connect you with colleagues across Regulatory Affairs, Research and Development, and affiliates worldwide. You can expect a highly cross-functional environment where regulatory knowledge, digital expertise and user needs come together. You will have the opportunity to influence how new ways of working are designed and adopted across global teams.
What you can expect here
You will have the opportunity to shape an evolving area of regulatory work and contribute to solutions that can improve both quality and efficiency. You will work in a global environment where curiosity, clear thinking and constructive collaboration are valued.
