The position
As our new Business Analyst, you will be partnering with different functions in Regulatory Affairs, driving analysis, performance, and insights to enable optimal decision making across business units. The position is close to line of business and our daily required deliverables, and there will be a close collaboration with our process groups, business transformation teams and our agile IT projects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for identifying and analysing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives.
- Analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvements. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can support business decision-making.
- Assess potential solutions, evaluate their feasibility, and validate their alignment with user requirements and objectives.
- Responsible for documenting user requirements, process flows, use cases, and other relevant information.
- Lead initiatives across Regulatory Affairs that influence the strategic direction. Accountable for coordinating with Data and Business Analysts across Regulatory Affairs and driving the common vision.
Qualifications
To succeed in the role, we believe that you are a good communicator, enjoy working with numbers, and have an analytic, holistic, and structured approach. - A master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as science, business, or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar data science role.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data presentation, showcasing ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
- Technical competence to perform advanced analytics.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
About the department
The RA Process and Digital Strategy area within Regulatory Affairs is a growing team of 10 people. We are committed to securing process excellence and digital innovation to reach more patients faster by standardising ways of working with a focus on end users. Our mission is to make work easier and more rewarding for our colleagues. In Regulatory Affairs, we manage submission, registration, and labelling to obtain authority approval for all Novo Nordisk products. We work across the value chain from early development to product discontinuation, ensuring medicine availability to patients. Our team is based at our headquarters, where we foster a collaborative and innovative atmosphere.
The department consists of Process Experts, Business Analysts and Data Analysts located in Denmark and India. In this position you will get the opportunity to join our team in Denmark. We embrace a flexible workplace, with a blend of in-office and remote work.
