Are you highly knowledgeable in cleanrooms and HVAC in pharmaceutical production, service minded and ready to make your knowledge available for colleagues worldwide? Do you set a pride in providing excellent support, and can you prioritize between important tasks? If so, you could be our new HVAC Professional within Aseptic Manufacturing Science and Technology based in Søborg in a team with dedicated professionals and specialists within different aspects of aseptic production; five of these colleagues have cleanrooms and HVAC as their area of expertise.

 

The Position

As an HVAC Professional, you will play an important role in ensuring compliance and efficiency in cleanrooms and HVAC systems for our pharmaceutical production sites worldwide.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide compliance framework

  • Support improvements and troubleshoot at sites  

  • Maintain global corporate documents and provide training.

  • Provide support in audits and inspections.

  • Evaluate compliance and productivity of manufacturing sites within our network

  • Support HVAC design for new projects

You will work with colleagues worldwide from different cultures and areas of expertise, and you will get opportunities for growth and development.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent

  • 5+ years of expertise in validation, control, and monitoring of cleanrooms and HVAC in aseptic production

  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements for cleanrooms and HVAC

  • High sense of quality and ability to handle Quality Management System documentation

 

About the department

Aseptic Manufacturing Science and Technology is anchored in Product Supply and globally address approximately 1300 of Novo Nordisk’s employees. The responsibility of AMSAT is global product and process ownership, support, and site improvement projects across the production network. We support both running production and new projects and are as well involved in the development and implementation of new technologies in cleanrooms and HVAC.

We interpret external Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements and ensure global harmonization.
