The position
As a Senior Global Trial Manager, you will manage and be responsible for various operational aspects of clinical trials within our development portfolio. These trials involve collaboration with external stakeholders and col-leagues across our international organization, requiring effective teamwork with diverse cross-functional stake-holders. In this role, you will typically oversee one or more clinical trials at a time.

Your main responsibilities will include:
•    Plan, execute, and oversee clinical trials in alignment with project goals, plans, and regulatory requirements.
•    Drive operational deliverables crucial to the successful execution of clinical trials.
•    Ensure compliance with all relevant requirements and legislations.
•    Communicate trial progress and issues to relevant stakeholders and record them in relevant systems.
•    Manage risks and resolve issues collaboratively with stakeholders.
•    Promote best practices and consistency within Clinical Operations.

Qualifications
To be a great asset to our team you will have:
 • A MSc or BSc degree in Natural or Health Sciences and, at least, 3 years of direct experience managing clin-ical trials for investigational drugs.
 • Proven collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
 • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on quality and excellent planning abilities.
 • Experience in project execution and problem-solving.
 • Professional proficiency in English.

You are comfortable in a fast-paced, innovative environment and are known for your high performance, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. You can build trust and consensus across professional and geographical boundaries.

About the department
In our department, we cover the entire spectrum of clinical activities within the Diabetes and Obesity disease area from early phase 1 trials to larger phase 3a programs and phase 3b/4 life cycle management activities. This means you’ll have the opportunity to work on both large scale and smaller trials, and with colleagues across our affiliates.
