We are looking for an experienced communication partner and advisor to the Senior Vice President and leadership of Global Trial Portfolio (GTP) organisation in Novo Nordisk.

 

About the department


The Global Trial Portfolio (GTP) SVP area in Novo Nordisk is responsible for progressing the clinical trial portfolio: We work closely with colleagues across the CMR (Clinical, Medical and Regulatory) organisation worldwide and within Development to ensure the successful planning and execution of clinical trials. Our setup reflects a shared leadership ambition of succeeding as one team, and all areas in Development are dependent on each other to succeed.


The position


As a Communication Partner to the SVP of GTP, you will play a key role in ensuring clear communication that establishes a shared direction across GTP in a meaningful and engaging manner, working alongside R&D and Global Communication colleagues.
The position encompasses a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
•    SVP Communication Partner: acting as a trusted and proactive sparring partner to the SVP of GTP, providing strategic support on all aspects needing communication from the SVP and/or GTP.
•    Strategic and operational communication support to GTP Management and projects in GTP, including change management communication
•    Ensure well-functioning communication to internal/external stakeholders: ensure strategic priorities are communicated effectively in internal news channels globally, develop and drive the communication strategy and plan for GTP aligned with Development and Global Communication priorities


Qualifications


To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
•    10+ years of working experience within corporate communications, with a primary focus on strategic communication, leadership communication, and change communication
•    Experience in advising senior management teams on communication issues
•    Project management experience, including delivering communication strategies and ensuring their implementation
•    Extensive expertise in selecting and using effective communication tools, and the ability to advise and support managers and employees in their use
•    Experience conducting, facilitating, and developing seminars, workshops, and training programmes
•    Strong journalistic and editorial skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clarity for different target audiences
•    Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
