- Designing and implementing observational studies and other real-world evidence initiatives that address clinically relevant questions.
- Developing analysis-ready datasets by integrating, transforming, and quality-assuring data from diverse real-world sources, including electronic health records, registries, claims databases, and external partnerships.
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to translate scientific questions into robust analytical solutions and evidence plans that support clinical development.
- Communicating complex analytical findings through presentations, reports, publications, and discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences.
You will also contribute to the development of innovative analytical methods, reproducible workflows, and statistical best practices that strengthen evidence generation across the organisation.
Your new department
You will join Real-World Evidence within Clinical Evidence & Insights, part of Medical & Translational Sciences in Research & Development. The team plays a key role in supporting clinical development by generating fit-for-purpose evidence from real-world data that helps shape clinical programmes and accelerate the pipeline. You will become part of a highly engaged, multidisciplinary team of epidemiologists and data scientists based across Denmark and the UK, working together to influence important development decisions and advance scientific understanding.
