The position
The QA oversight role with Novo Nordisk encompasses monitoring of GxP compliance for various functional areas, which are referred to as Staffs areas, like People & Organisation, Finance & Legal, Commercial, Corporate Development and Corporate Facilities. Though these areas may not have extensive GxP related responsibilities, the position entails identifying potential GxP risks and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. This involves guiding and handling Deviations, Inspections and Change Request cases. As the stakeholder landscape is very wide and therefore you must enjoy engaging with people from various backgrounds and experience, which might not be a lot of Quality knowledge.
You will be based mainly in Søborg but might occasionally have meetings with stakeholders on other Novo Nordisk locations within Greater Copenhagen.
Some responsibilities include:
- Advise the different areas within Novo Nordisk Quality Management System and external regulations. Lead Quality Management Review of the Staffs areas,
- Handle and approve deviations, Change requests. Participate and contribute to audit and inspections,
- Lead process confirmations and Identify and implement process improvements, Efficient collaboration and communication with stakeholders from across Novo Nordisk, why good communication and stakeholder management skills are key to success,
- Provide guidance within relevant quality projects.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you need:
- A Master’s degree within Pharmacy, Engineering, Business or similar,
- QA experience from the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated areas is preferred but not mandatory.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience – either as QA experience from the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated areas is preferred.
- Knowledge of GXP requirements and/or ISO9000,
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
On a personal level, you are self-motivated and pro-active. You have the ability and experience to influence and set direction. Flexibility is required to re-prioritize and adapt to change. You are passionate about process improvements
About the department
Digital Health & Staffs Quality consists of a group of engaged and motived QA specialists and Project Managers. We are QA for global Digital Health projects and solutions and act as a Digital Health Quality Competency Center for Novo Nordisk world-wide. Additionally, we are QA for Novo Nordisk Customer Complaints, Customer service and Novo Nordisk Staff areas. We have the QA oversight for these processes and lead various strategic global projects and initiatives within Quality.
