Your new role
We believe strong performance depends on people having the right skills for the tasks they perform. As Project Manager in POCA BP Training Partnering, you will lead projects that improve how role-specific training is designed, delivered, and scaled across global business areas. You will connect strategy with execution, engage senior stakeholders, and turn business needs into effective training solutions that improve performance.
Day-to-day your tasks will include:

Lead projects that improve training processes, systems, and operations across a workforce of more than 18,000 employees

Design training solutions that address real business needs

Use training, learning, and lean methods to improve how training is designed and delivered

Analyse stakeholders, risks, and business needs to define clear success measures

Drive change and communication plans that secure adoption across global teams

Deliver Train-the-Trainer programmes and measure training effectiveness

Work with Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and leaders to secure ownership and handover

Support the development of training in a GxP environment
Your new department
You will join POCA BP Training Partnering and report to the Lead Training Partner for non-manufacturing EVP areas. The unit builds training, learning, and performance solutions across Novo Nordisk, across Research & Development (R&D), Finance, Legal & Global Solutions (FLGS), People, Organisation & Corporate Affairs (POCA), Enterprise IT (EIT) and Product & Portfolio Strategy (P&PS). We partner with People & Organisation, Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and business leaders to connect training strategy to business priorities and deliver measurable results. We combine individual accountability with genuine teamwork, and use new technology, AI, lean methodologies, and behavioural design to build effective training. We take our work seriously and ourselves less so.
Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for an experienced project manager who can lead complex projects, influence stakeholders, and drive change across a global organisation.
You'll bring with you:

Experience implementing and improving training and improvement systems or solutions in the pharmaceutical industry

Strong knowledge of training effectiveness, efficiency, and data analytics

Experience working in a GxP-regulated environment and with Quality Management Systems

Experience with change management and stakeholder management in a global company

Ability to lead cross-functional work and improve processes using lean methods such as VSM, SPS/A3, and continuous improvement

Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

An analytical mindset and the ability to solve complex problems
-
The ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams
-
A relevant academic background in Life Science, Engineering, or a related field, combined with solid work experience

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 651,000.00 to 956,900.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
