We are seeking a new Project Lead to provide dedicated support to our Corporate Vice President (CVP), and head of Development Transformation & Insights (DevTRAIN). As we are going through an exciting transformation in both Novo Nordisk and Development, DevTRAIN has an instrumental role in setting the strategic direction, which will enable us to unlock our long-term aspirations. As the project lead, you will play a key role in driving the execution of our aspirations in DevTRAIN.

The Position
As a Project Lead, you will be reporting to the head of DevTRAIN and you will be part of the DevTRAIN leadership team. You will work closely with the entire DevTRAIN leadership team across multiple projects and areas. In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving the key strategic initiatives supporting the realisation of DevTRAIN ambitions, driving a range of day-to-day activities representing the area across the Development organisation.
In close collaboration with the Development EVP communication team, you will contribute to communication projects impacting the entire Development organisation, as well as driving the communication across DevTRAIN.
Your main responsibilities will be focused on:
• Strategic and trusted sparring partner to the head of DevTRAIN and the entire DevTRAIN leadership team
• Proactively driving effective business processes together with key partners including the HRBP and the Finance Partner.
• Driving the coordination and execution of all types of DevTRAIN management meetings in the area as well as ensuring the coordination of a solid preparation and progression of actions
• Ensuring alignment and collaboration as well as establishing trusted relations with all our partners
• Representing DevTRAIN as a member of the Development EA group and contribute to alignment and coordination of activities across several Development areas

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following:
- An academic degree in science or business combined with relevant experience fitting the seniority of the role, you could also hold an academic degree in communication, where you subsequently have added relevant business experience
- Insights on R&D or the commercial parts of Novo Nordisk are considered a plus
- Experience operating in a complex, swiftly changing and enthusiastic environment
- Skilled networker managing through uncertainties with a strong analytic mindset, and you easily focus on what is most important
- Passionate about constant improvement, taking pride in delivering high-quality results, sometimes at a fast pace
- Stakeholder management skills, with conducting business analyses, developing strategies and managing project portfolios
On a personal level, you are known for your proactive, collaborative, and energetic attitude when dealing with challenges. Moreover, you have strong analytical and communication skills, you have a structured and practical approach to your tasks enabling you to deliver in due time as well as proficient in written and spoken English.
