The position
As a Product Owner in a multinational agile team focused on integrations and quality data flows to and from the Veeva Clinical Vault Product, you will be pivotal in the ongoing development of COSMOS, a critical digital product within our clinical development process. With over 4000 users and 40+ integrations, you will lead a Product Development Team to meet the business needs for effective and GCP-compliant study management. Your role will involve balancing current business needs with long-term digital strategy and leveraging cloud-based technology for clinical study management. Collaboration with various stakeholders and software vendors will be central to your responsibilities.
- Some of your key responsibilities will be to:
- Develop, define, and update Product Strategy and Product Roadmaps, and ensure link to Program Increment Objectives and Team Iteration Goals.
- Ensure that Product Discovery is done continuously so that we are building the right product for the benefit of the users and the data consumers.
- Ensure Product Delivery by keeping a prioritized backlog of features that the team can drive to implementation.
- Drive risk and impact assessment of new features as well as ensure benefit realisation based on benefit hypotheses.
- Challenge future needs and ways of working within Digital Study and Monitoring Management area.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of Product Management experience. Preferably within a regulated environment, and preferable experiences with system development within Clinical area, but not a requirement.
- Experience from working in a Scaled Agile Framework, but not a requirement.
- Solid knowledge of Product Development practices and Agile practises is expected.
- Great stakeholder management competencies.
- Academic Degree preferred, but experiences is highly valued.

About the Department
The position as Product Owner is based in the Digital Study and Monitoring Management area, part of a unit called Process Transformation & Digitalisation, where we are dedicated to leverage cutting-edge digital technology, data and processes.
Novo Nordisk drives clinical trials in more than 55 countries worldwide and collaborate with 6,000+ sites at hospitals and clinics. Digitalisation is key if we want to succeed with this.
