Product Analytics Manager
Søborg, Capital Region of Denmark, DK
Research & Development (R&D)
Søborg, Denmark
Turn digital product data into the evidence that shapes the future of our R&D portfolio. In this role, you will help Product Leaders understand not only what is being delivered, but what is being adopted, where workflows are improving and which products require further investment, simplification or a different approach.
Your new role
As Product Analytics Manager, you will join our Product Excellence team and act as a trusted analytics partner to Product Leaders across our R&D digital portfolio.
You will establish clear and practical ways to assess digital product health. By combining product adoption, user behaviour, workflow, process, AI agent and technical signals, you will create decision-ready insights for product leadership, quarterly business reviews and portfolio governance.
Day-to-day, your tasks will include:
- Defining and maintaining product health views for selected priority digital products and process areas, primarily for products enabled with Pendo.
- Translating multiple signals into portfolio insight, combining adoption, usage, workflow, process, AI agent and technical data to show whether products are delivering their intended outcomes.
- Defining how product health is represented in leadership and quarterly business review discussions, clearly showing the decision required, key risks, confidence in the available data, accountable owner and recommended next action.
- Connecting product analytics with workflow outcomes, such as cycle time, rework, user effort, data quality and compliance risk, so that leaders can understand the operational effect of a product rather than usage figures alone.
- Creating leadership-ready dashboards and visual decision views, supported where relevant by AI-generated insights.
- Mapping and connecting relevant data sources across digital adoption platforms, product telemetry, business intelligence, process intelligence and AI agent usage.
- Supporting portfolio governance and follow-through by partnering with the relevant governance teams to ensure product health insights complement, rather than duplicate, financial and portfolio reporting.
Your new department
In Research & Development, you will be part of a unit that explores bold scientific ideas and advances them into clinical testing. We combine curiosity, AI tools and human data to develop transformative therapies. Through collaboration and operational excellence, we shape and deliver an innovative pipeline to meet future patient needs.
Within Research & Development, the Product Excellence team works where product data, workflow evidence and portfolio governance meet. We help ensure that digital products provide measurable value to scientists, product teams and the wider organisation. In this role, you will strengthen the evidence used to decide which products should be scaled, improved, simplified, stopped or supported through another solution.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for someone who can translate complex data into clear decisions and who enjoys working at the intersection of product, technology and science.
You will bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field. A master’s degree would be an advantage.
- At least six years of relevant experience in areas such as digital product analytics, product operations, process analytics, portfolio insight, digital transformation or decision support.
- Hands-on experience interpreting product adoption, behavioural, workflow or telemetry data and presenting it through business intelligence tools, dashboards or digital adoption platforms such as Pendo.
- Experience with Pendo is a big advantage.
- A strong understanding of digital product management, including how product purpose, user groups, adoption patterns and workflow outcomes should influence product and portfolio decisions.
- Experience in a regulated life-science or R&D environment, or with AI-enabled workflows, data governance and operational risk, would be an advantage.
On a personal level, you are evidence-led, customer-anchored and comfortable making progress when the available data is incomplete. You combine analytical curiosity with sound business judgement, build trust across organisational boundaries and keep the purpose of the product and its users at the centre of your recommendations.
