Your new role

As Portfolio Valuations Associate Director, you will act as a trusted strategic advisor, supporting some of the most important portfolio and investment decisions within Novo Nordisk. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Research & Development, Commercial, Finance, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, and Business Development. Through methodological leadership, capability development, and continuous improvement initiatives, you will help ensure high-quality, data-driven decision-making across the portfolio.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to portfolio-wide evaluations and mentoring colleagues to strengthen valuation capabilities across the organisation.

In this role, you will operate in a global environment with close interaction across headquarters functions. You will report directly to the Director of Portfolio Valuations and play a key role in shaping valuation excellence.

Your new department

The Portfolio Valuation function is a centralised team responsible for assessing the value of projects across multiple therapy areas. As part of a broader organisation that includes Portfolio Strategy, Strategic Forecasting, and Platforms & Tools, the team plays a crucial role in enabling strategic decision-making.

You will join a diverse and highly skilled team with backgrounds spanning consulting, finance, commercial, and science. Together, we collaborate across the entire value chain and all therapy areas to ensure robust portfolio decisions and long-term commercial success.

You will be based in our offices in Copenhagen (Søborg), Denmark
