Your new role
As a Portfolio Systems Associate in the Portfolio Management Group within AI & Digital Innovation (ADI), you will be the engine behind portfolio transparency, collecting, structuring and translating complex data into clear insights that inform prioritisation, governance and strategic decision-making across our digital portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting, validating and maintaining digital portfolio data across product teams, finance and portfolio systems to ensure one reliable view of status, progress, risks and performance
- Building and updating portfolio dashboards, reports and analyses in Power BI that give leadership clear visibility on progress, financials, dependencies and value realisation
- Translating portfolio data into concise insights and recommendations that support prioritisation, trade-off discussions and governance reviews
- Identifying data gaps, quality issues and process inefficiencies, and proposing practical improvements to tools, templates, automation and reporting flows
- Coordinating with stakeholders across the ADI matrix to secure timely input, alignment and follow-up on portfolio reporting and governance materials
- Supporting portfolio governance processes, including meeting preparation, decision documentation and action follow-up
- Contributing to automation opportunities using Power Platform, AI-enabled tools and modern analytics to make portfolio management more scalable and transparent

Within R&D, the Portfolio Management Group (PMG) in ADI is responsible for enabling data-driven portfolio management across digital products and initiatives. The team drives portfolio transparency, governance support and continuous improvement, ensuring that leadership has the insights needed to make informed decisions about where to invest, prioritise and scale. You will join a collaborative, improvement-oriented team working at the intersection of data, analytics and strategic decision-making.
Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for someone who is analytically sharp, digitally curious and energised by turning messy data into clear direction.
You'll bring with you:
- A Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related quantitative/technical field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in portfolio management, business analytics, reporting, data management, consulting, finance or a similar analytical role
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with hands-on experience building dashboards, KPIs and management reporting that support decision-making
- Ability to structure, clean and validate data from multiple sources, translating findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Experience working across functions in a global matrix organisation, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot or similar AI/low-code tools is an advantage, as is experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or regulated industries
- Relevant certification in Power BI, Power Platform, AI productivity tools or project management (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum, SAFe) is a plus

Salary
For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 499,600 to 734,400 DKK corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
