The position

As the Personal Assistant to the Vice President, you will be offered a challenging and exciting role in a dynamic environment, where you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and administrative tasks.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the VP and management team with business processes, ensuring optimal administrative operations
  • Assisting the area in line of business (LoB) budget planning and follow-up
  • Participating in HR management such as recruitment and onboarding
  • Managing calendars and organizing meetings, off-sites etc. including preparation of presentations, material, taking minutes and following up on action points
  • Assisting the VP during the organizational development of the VP area, including maintaining internal communication platforms to broaden the knowledge of our area and its activities across the organization

 

You will be an integral part of the leadership team while acting as a sparring partner to the VP, ensuring information is handled with confidentiality and discretion. Furthermore, you will participate in cross-functional forums and projects and collaborate closely with the CVP Assistant Team.

Qualifications

We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience working with budget planning and follow-up
  • Advanced IT skills, particularly in MS Office; familiarity with SAP and Power BI is advantageous
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

The position as Personal Assistant to Vice President is based in the Digital Study and Monitoring Management area, part of a unit called Process Transformation & Digitalisation, where we are dedicated to leverage cutting-edge digital technology, data and processes.
