The position
As a Manager, Process Automation & Product Lab, you will be a pivotal leader within the organisation, responsible for driving automation strategies, innovation, and opera-tional excellence within the Product Lab team. This role focuses on leveraging automa-tion tools, particularly Power Apps, to optimise workflows, enhance decision-making, and deliver scalable solutions. The Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives, de-velop automation frameworks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to align automation efforts with organizational goals and deliver measurable impact.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive automation strategy that aligns with the organisation’s goals and drives innovation within the Product Lab
- Define and communicate a clear vision for automation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Create and manage a strategic roadmap for automation initiatives, including timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones
- Identify opportunities for automation across business processes, leveraging tools like Power Apps to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
- Lead the exploration, piloting, and scaling of new automation technologies and methodologies to enhance the Product Lab’s capabilities

Qualifications
To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have:
- A master’s degree in technology or related field, preferably in combination with a degree in business administration
- Around 5 years of experience working within automation, process optimisation or related fields, with a focus on leading teams and delivering scalable solutions
- Proven track record in developing and implementing automation strategies us-ing tools like Power Apps, RPA, or low-code platforms
- Experience in project management, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results on time and within budget
- Strong communication skills in English
As a person, you are analytical, structured, demonstrate attention to detail, and have a flair for planning and coordinating, capable of handling complexity in processes and having many various activities going on in parallel.
You are a strong team player recognised for your interpersonal skills and as a person you thrive in a busy environment, proactive, take ownership of your assignments, and feel comfortable working independently.
