The position
As an Internal Process Consultant, you will join a newly established team of professionals where you will have the opportunity to shape your role and develop it according to your unique strengths. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously analyze and enhance specific business processes within our organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement solutions that significantly enhance productivity and efficiency.


In the area of Site Support and Improvements, we play a crucial role in boosting production capacity at Novo Nordisk, resulting in high demand for our services. Our primary deliverables are documents, making process optimizations within this area a key focus for your role.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and executing strategies to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness

  • Serving as a project manager for improvement projects, overseeing their successful execution and integration

  • Providing guidance and mentorship to leaders and teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement


Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

  • An Academic Degree in a related field combined with a background in process optimization methodologies and a strong understanding of operational improvement principles

  • Several years of relevant experience with a demonstrated project management expertise, successfully overseeing improvement projects from inception to completion

  • Proven experience in internal process consulting or a similar capacity, providing expertise and guidance to drive continuous improvement initiatives

  • Experience in a GMP regulated environment is highly advantageous

  • Professional proficiency in English is required

About the department
The Injectable Finished Products (IFP), Site Support and Improvements (SSI) department is a dynamic area with a focus on providing site support and improvement projects across our global production sites. As an Internal Process Consultant, you will have the opportunity to contribute to lean initiatives within the VP area.
