The position
As an Improvement Project Manager, you will join a newly established team of professionals where you will have the opportunity to shape your role and develop it according to your unique strengths. Your primary role will involve supporting improvement initiatives across the area. This includes assisting in identifying bottlenecks, participating in process enhancements, and contributing to waste reduction efforts. As an Improvement Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving improvements and optimizations to enhance productivity.


In the Site Support and Improvements (SSI) area, you will be instrumental in supporting the ramp-up of production capacity at Novo Nordisk. With a primary focus on documentation, the process optimizations you will be involved in will center around this core aspect.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Serving as a project manager for improvement projects, identifying and implementing process improvements alongside relevant team members and managers

  • Supporting in identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to the development of lean strategies

  • Assisting in training and coaching leaders and colleagues in LEAN metodologies


Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

  • A relevant degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field

  • At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field combined with an interest in LEAN methodologies and a desire to develop skills in process optimization

  • Good stakeholder management skills

  • An experience of working in GMP regulated environment is considered an advantage

  • Professional proficiency in English

About the department
The Injectable Finished Products (IFP), Site Support and Improvements (SSI) department is a dynamic area with a focus on providing site support and improvement projects across our global production sites. As an Improvement Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to lean initiatives within the VP area.
