HEOR Manager for Early Asset Strategy team in Global Evidence, Pricing & Access

We are looking for a HEOR Manager in Global Evidence, Pricing & Access (GEPA) to be part of the Early Asset Strategy team (EAST), working with some of the most innovative pipeline assets in Novo Nordisk history.
Our team drives strategic planning for pipeline assets with the GEPA perspective. Your work will have a direct impact on bringing a range of products to market, which can improve the lives of many millions around the world. 
About the department

The position 

As the HEOR Manager, you will be responsible for strategic HEOR project on early assets and developing deep experience, knowledge and skills that can be of use to the wider GEPA team as part of the Early Asset Strategy.
The position requires someone who can bring innovation and breakthrough thinking to our team. Increasingly, payers set the bar high for new innovations and what it takes to gain access. Your work will contribute to important decisions and milestones regarding pipeline strategy across the portfolio.
The job

You will provide leadership on health economic (HE) activities as part of the GEPA Early Asset Strategy Team, developing deep experience, knowledge and skills that can be of use to the wider GEPA team as part of the Early Asset Strategy CoE. 


You will represent GEPA as the market access voice for pipeline planning including representation at and developing materials for key decision making for Novo Nordisk. You will be responsible for defining economic cases for early assets inc. early modelling and costed patient pathways.


You will lead on early evidence synthesis activities, including systematic literature reviews (SLRs) and be the point of contact for HE analysis and data requests on behalf of Value Strategy leads in the Early Asset Strategy team. You will Provide HE input to the Product Development Plan (PDP) via the EDGE process and the development of target product profiles (TPPs) and Provide strategic and technical HE support for other functional teams including payer evidence generation, pricing and therapy area teams. 


Finally, you will drive development of early economic principles underpinning core value strategy for our pipeline.

We are looking for someone with strong strategic and critical thinking abilities, including problem solving and scenario planning as well as deep knowledge of health economics and market access across a variety of therapeutic areas in key markets and affiliates.
Besides proven experience in pharmaceuticals and market access across geographies we are looking for someone who offers:
•    Strong analytical and strategic planning skillls 
•    Hands on experience with health economic modelling
•    Familiarity with reimbursement processes across key markets
•    Good understanding of multiple therapy areas
•    Ability to develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders across geographies and function
Finally, you possess an outgoing, collaborative and commercial mind-set, strong project management skills, and an enjoyment of working in diverse teams. 
Some travel to key affiliates will be expected. We will both consider candidates who work onsite or remotely.
