The position 
As a Global Trial Manager, you'll play a key role in guiding phase I-IV global clinical trials alongside experienced colleagues. You'll join an organization with established procedures and a well-developed team in biostatistics, data management, medical science, safety, medical writing, etc. With streamlined processes, your focus as a Global Trial Manager will be on advancing progress and innovation in trial execution.

 

You can also expect the following: 
•    Fostering robust collaboration within the study group, with the global affiliate colleagues, and with our external vendors
•    Ensuring a seamless journey from kick-off to completion for our clinical trials
•    Coordinating and ensuring trial deliverables,
•    Monitoring trial progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies, as well as overseeing vendor deliverables

 

You will normally be involved in 1-2 clinical trials at a time.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: 
•    A MSc, BSc or PhD degree in Natural or Health Sciences 
•    Hands-on experience steering interventional clinical trials, whether as a Clinical Research Associate, Local Trial Manager, Global Trial Manager, or in a similar capacity 
•    A proven track record demonstrating robust project management and stakeholder management skills 
•    A passion for collaboration with multiple stakeholders 
•    Professional proficiency in both verbal and written English and effective communication skills 
•    Experience working with Good Clinical Practice or in other highly regulated areas

About the department
As a Global Trial Manager, you will be part of the clinical development organisation. This is a project driven highly complex organisation where you will work in close collaboration with Novo Nordisk colleagues around the world and multiple stakeholders. Together with our colleagues across the value chain, we ensure through scientific evidence that we can provide safe and efficacious treatment to people living with chronic diseases.
