Global Scientific Dialogue Partner (Maternity Cover)

Then you might be the Global Scientific Dialogue Partner we are looking for to join the Scientific Dialogue Office in the Strategic Operations department in Global Medical Affairs, Søborg, Denmark. 

 

The position 
As a Global Scientific Dialogue Partner, you will be responsible for scoping, initiating, planning, executing, and following up on global advisory boards and engagements that aim to engage Health Care Professionals and Key Opinion Leaders in value-adding and impactful scientific dialogue to improve outcomes for patients within various therapy areas. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

•    You will work in close collaboration with the Global Medical Managers, affiliates, and external agencies and ensure cross-functional alignment to drive successful global advisory boards. 
•    You will be responsible for communicating impact to relevant stakeholders.
•    You will work as a strategic partner to the key stakeholders aiming at improving and innovating the current activities to ensure the greatest possible impact and efficiencies utilization. 


This position may require up to 30 travel days annually.

 

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:

• You have a Master’s degree in business, communication, global health, life science, or other related fields 
•  At least 3 years of experience with cross-functional project and event management, including organising advisory boards and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. 
•  Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously – also under pressure and shifting priorities.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English.

In the team, we drive global advisory boards and engagements for Key Opinion Leaders & Health Care Professionals. Moreover, we collaborate with key affiliates and global stakeholders to ensure pivotal results, which meet the strategic goals of Medical Affairs on a global and local level.
