The position

As a Global Project Lead, you will be working with a strategically critical Cardiovascular asset for Novo Nordisk currently in Phase 3, where it is pivotal in driving and shaping the asset's enhancement and lifecycle management.

This position will work closely with the Global Commercial Director to ensure high-quality and timely outputs, focusing on enhancing the asset's value to drive better patient outcomes.

As a Global Project Lead, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive the exploration of multiple indications for our strategically critical asset, in collaboration with key team members.
  • Support the identification of relevant Phase 3b studies to generate evidence.
  • Identify relevant innovative dosing regimens, including working with our digital team for packaging and dosing innovations.
  • Present findings to the team and collaborate closely with the Global Commercial Director in all these endeavours.

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with a master's degree in a science or engineering-related field and the following qualifications:

  • Min. 2-3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with specific experience in early asset or strategy.
  • Prior experience in driving lifecycle management strategy for various assets or driving due diligence projects.
  • Experience in driving strategic projects independently.
  • Working experience in a major market or a solid record of collaboration with major markets.
  • Experience working with R&D, marketing, pharmaceutical products, or medical devices, preferably with international exposure in a large organization.

A background in pharmaceutical science or medical experience is advantageous, and analytical skills and modelling experience are beneficial. Additionally, a consulting background and collaboration with external partners are advantageous. Fluency in written and spoken English is required for this role. As a person, you possess exceptional communication skills, and it comes natural for you to engagement with your stakeholders and use your influencing and negotiation skills.

 

About the department

The team within Cardiovascular and Emerging Therapy Areas (MASH, chronic kidney disease, Alzheimer’s disease) franchise is responsible for driving launch readiness of cardiovascular products. The team ensures commercial strategy, brand strategy and launch readiness in collaboration with regions and strategic markets.
