The position

As a Global Omnichannel Lead focused on improving Scientific Exchange you will be responsible for setting the direction and ambition level for how Novo Nordisk utilizes paid media, social media, and search media at the international level to disseminate the latest science presented at congresses to specialist HCPs and KOLs:

• Be the functional Lead for a team of dedicated professionals.

• Define the global aspiration & strategy for best-in-class scientific exchange in an omnichannel, digital-first world.

• Secure internal support for the aspiration using data & proactive management of a complex stakeholder landscape.

• Define and deliver strategic projects with a high degree of legal & compliance complexities.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Extensive experience with scientific exchange and congress activities in the pharmaceutical industry, including a solid understanding of the legal and regulatory parameters.
  • Professional experience with multi-/omni-channel communications within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills and a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to communicate confidently in fluent English (both written and spoken)
