Category:  Marketing and Market Access

Søborg, Capital Region of Denmark, DK

Novo Nordisk is on a mission to make obesity a healthcare priority and develop a leading portfolio of superior treatment solutions for people with obesity. Novo Nordisk's key components in achieving this are to develop and drive impactful digital communications strategies and tactics that activate People with Obesity to seek medical management and HCP support. In this position, you will have the opportunity to truly make a difference and join a team that moves fast from idea to execution.

The position

As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the global Truth About Weight platform, which seeks to increase the awareness around medical management for obesity and that HCP support should be an integrated part of the treatment. Concretely, you will define the direction for the digital efforts spanning across social media platforms, websites, SEO/SEM, etc., develop high-impact digital campaigns and oversee the platform's rollout across our key obesity markets. In addition, you will have ample opportunities for securing high impact when it comes to patient activation through close collaboration around the Truth About Weight platform both within the Market Development & Communications team and across the global Novo Nordisk organisation.

The Truth About Weight platform is one of our key strategic market development initiatives with a presence in over 30 markets. Being launched only 18 months ago, the platform has seen broad organisational pick-up and is ready for an even more targeted approach centered around impactful campaigns with a clear call to action of seeking medical management and HCP support, embedding into the digital ecosystem with a strong focus on lead generation and developing a significantly stronger digital footprint by expanding into additional social media platforms, increasing SEO/SEM efforts, etc.

To assist you in delivering on the above, you will have solid support from a consortium of agencies specialised in each of the aspects outlined, just as you also will have support from a dedicated colleague based in Bangalore, India. Furthermore, you will work closely with a communications colleague focused on patient activation via traditional media.

The position is based in Søborg, Denmark, but a remote setup could be considered for the right candidate.
