The Position
We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Digital Health Strategy Manager who is eager to manage intricate digital health projects and has a solid foundation in both data and technology. In this critical position, you will play a crucial role in advancing Novo Nordisk's digital health data capabilities while overseeing and coordinating complex digital data initiatives.
Effective communication with internal stakeholders is paramount to our business success, necessitating close collaboration with diverse parties to define and guide projects and activities. Therefore, it is vital to provide timely and relevant information to stakeholders regarding developments and decisions while cultivating professional and social relationships across the organization to support team initiatives.
You can anticipate approximately 10-15 travel days per year.

Your Primary Tasks Will Include:
- Leading and coordinating multifaceted digital health data projects to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget, and the highest quality standards.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather their needs and translate those into actionable project plans.
- Defining and executing data strategies for e.g., digital health partnerships with the healthcare ecosystems while keeping upcoming capability strategy milestones in mind.
- Managing and coordinating cross-functional teams including data scientists, data engineers, legal experts, and diverse business stakeholders.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders to meet their needs and keep them informed about project progress.
- Offering strategic guidance and insights to senior management to enhance digital health data capabilities.
Qualifications
To excel and succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
- A Master's or PhD degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. Candidates with backgrounds in epidemiology, public health or similar are also encouraged to apply. The crucial aspect is your focus on data when developing digital health solutions and a solid technology understanding.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in data science or similar, with a proven history of executing successful data projects.
- Strong business acumen and the skills to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes effectively.
- Excellent project management abilities, capable of managing multiple simultaneous projects.
- Experience with regulatory frameworks related to data science and technology.
- An excellent command of verbal and written English.
As an ideal candidate you should possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Located in Søborg, Denmark, our Commercial DD&IT (Data, Digital & IT) division plays an essential role in transforming, digitalizing, and scaling the commercial value chain. We support the data needs of our digital health products to maximize the benefits of our medicines for patients, healthcare professionals, and healthcare systems.
