The position
As the Global Commercial Project Director for GLP-1 Integrated Treatment Solutions, you will be tasked with crafting and executing a global strategy making sure we pursue the solutions needed to differentiate our drugs and to achieve truly integrated treatment solutions together with partners in the health ecosystem down the road. Managing a pipeline of innovative solutions and integrating them with our drug products to maintain our leadership in diabetes, whilst continuously monitoring to assess the healthcare landscape in anticipation of trends and potential disruptions.
- Facilitate collaboration between key functions in for example R&ED, Marketing, Digital Health Partnerships, Commercialisation, DD&IT, and Data Science.
- Use extensive data analysis to inform strategy and ensure our solutions are evidence-based and patient-centric.
- Build and maintain close, lasting relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and oversee key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of our integrated solutions.
- Support the PVPs and leadership team in driving cultural and operational changes for integrated solutions.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, the ideal person will possess a master's degree in business, medicine, pharmacy or other relevant background.
Other key skills and experiences required are as follows:
- Proven experience in strategic leadership and portfolio management within the healthcare industry.
- A deep understanding of big data, GenAI, and their impact on healthcare ecosystems.
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making and market intelligence.
- Experience in change management and driving cultural shifts within an organisation.
- A track record of developing and overseeing performance metrics to enable learning and decision-making.
As a person, we are seeking an individual with exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and a proven track record of facilitating alignment across diverse teams, with impeccable stakeholder engagement abilities, a talent for building lasting relationships, and a demonstrated capacity for innovative thinking. About the department
The Future Projects and Digital Integration department is at the forefront of commercial project leadership for our non-insulin Diabetes portfolio assets from phase 2 onwards (G2) to close to market assets. We are responsible for executing the Diabetes integrated treatment solutions (ITS) strategy for our GLP-1 portfolio. Located at our headquarters, the department thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where collaboration and innovation are key to our success.
