Your new role
As Document Automation Specialist, you will lead strategic initiatives focused on content digitalisation, and process optimisation within Clinical Reporting. You will be leading user input to the digital tool development and maintenance. Working across a complex stakeholder landscape, you will help shape the future of regulatory content creation while driving alignment with Clinical Reporting's long-term strategy.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Lead document automation initiatives to enable scalable content reuse across regulatory and clinical documentation.

Develop and maintain content libraries while supporting the advancement of digital tools and content automation solutions.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to optimise documentation processes, drive efficiency, and implement digital technologies.

Serve as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert in content automation and digitalisation, ensuring alignment with Clinical Reporting strategy.

Drive organisational change, capability building, training, and strategic projects while influencing stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary teams through complex transformations.

You will join Content Innovation & Management within Clinical Reporting, a globally connected organisation dedicated to advancing how scientific and regulatory content is created, managed, standardised, and delivered. The team works across multiple functions and geographies to drive innovation, strengthen content quality, and support the clinical development value chain through modern digital solutions and ways of working. Your expertise will help accelerate the adoption of content automation and shape future approaches to documentation across the organisation.
Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for an experienced professional who combines strong scientific understanding with a passion for innovation, digitalisation, and stakeholder collaboration. You enjoy influencing without formal authority and are motivated by driving meaningful change in complex global environments.
To succeed in this role, you should have:

A Master's degree, PhD, or equivalent scientific qualification combined with relevant industry experience.

At least 5 years of experience as a Medical Writer or within a comparable role in the pharmaceutical industry, with strong knowledge of regulatory documentation and clinical development.

Proven experience driving process improvements, digital transformation initiatives, automation projects, or content management enhancements.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary and global teams.

Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex assignments while exercising strategic thinking, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.

In addition, experience with content automation technologies, structured content, document management systems, or digital innovation initiatives will be considered a strong advantage. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,600 to 1,091,600 DKK (DK), corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
